Booking

Reception of a 30 % deposit validates your booking.

Payment

For rentals of a week or more, rental balance outstanding is due 15 days before your arrival.
For short stay and B&B balance outstanding is due on departure.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of 750 € is due at arrival and will be refund on departure if no damages are noted.

Cancellation

For a cancellation at more than 30 days notice, you will be refund of your entire deposit.

For a cancellation at more than 15 and under 29 days notice, only in case of some other rental agreement you will be refund of your
entire deposit.

For a cancellation under 14 days notice, only in case of some other effective rental you will be refund of your entire deposit and balance outstanding

At reception of your booking form we will inform you by mail/fax/letter of the cottage availability at the requested period as well as the amount of the rental and the deposit amount. Thus you may confirm your booking by sending your deposit.

Fees

NB : all fees are in € incl. facilities and tourist tax. Weeks are defined as from Saturday to Saturday at noon.
