Particular care has been paid to creating a safe and secure environment so that you can truly enjoy your vacation at Chalamard: - Combination CO2 and smoke detectors are installed throughout the home. Any fire burning in the fireplace must be fully extinguished prior to going to sleep. The embers must be totally put out by dousing them with water to ensure that no flame can ignite while you are asleep. - The windows are made of reinforced safety glass. - The washing machine and dryer are top loading models. (The manufacturer has designed these models so that children cannot climb inside.) - The refrigerator closes and does not permanently latch. (Again, this model has been designed with child safety in mind.) - Do not use charcoal briquettes in the gas barbecue. - The pool cover must be closed at all times when not in use. The pool may not be used without adult supervision. Remember it is your responsibility to make sure your children do not use the pool without your knowledge and presence. These safety and security measures are provided to make your vacation stress free and safe. |
